Cooking over an Open Fire

Learn the art of cooking directly over a wood fire or charcoal whether its in the fire pit in your back garden or out in the wilderness.

We will examine numerous techniques that can be used to cook over an open fire. We will explore methods that suspend food over the fire such as tripods, spits, anti kristo, and asado. We will also look at cooking on or in the embers whether directly or indirectly.
