Are Kev Palmer and Adam Logan
Both Kev and Adam are outdoor instructors with between them, over four decades of experience in cooking over open fires and using Dutch Ovens. They have experience of outdoor cooking from the snowy wastes of Canada and Scandinavia, the deserts of the USA and North Africa to the African Bush and most places in between.
Kev has been working and teaching in the outdoors for over 20 years and outdoor cooking has always been his passion. He is the self titled ; ) Duke of the Dutch Oven and is author of a Dutch Oven cookery book, has written articles on Dutch Oven cooking including for the Haynes Outdoor Manual and has run many cooking demonstrations and workshops across the country. He has also run a very popular lacto-fermentation classes and workshops for a number of years.
His personal record is 16 Dutch Ovens on the go at one time. When not working he spends his time cooking outdoors on his various smokers and BBQs.
Adam has also worked and taught in the outdoors for over 20 years. He is one of the most experienced instructors in the business and has many strings to his bow (literally as he is also a very talented bow maker). His enthusiasm and passion comes across in his teaching and you will be inspired to get out there and try it for yourself.
He lives and breathes what he teaches so when he has time off he is usually found outdoors doing the same things but without an audience.
